Exciting. It was admission day and so I would have to do a 24hour duty. Started off with a busy OPD with lotsa Bengali patients and<a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/6224\/107\/1600\/dizzy2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" style=\"FLOAT: right; MARGIN: 0px 0px 10px 10px; WIDTH: 157px; CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 201px\" height=\"237\" alt=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/i2.wp.com\/photos1.blogger.com\/blogger\/6224\/107\/320\/dizzy2.jpg?resize=159%2C237\" width=\"159\" border=\"0\" data-recalc-dims=\"1\" \/><\/a> a bit of communication problem. All was under control till suddenly a wave of vertigo hit me out of the blue. I just about excused myself and went into an empty cubicle. After a few minutes I threw up into the sink. Still dizzy, I managed to get Karpagam to get me some meds and one of the nurses gave me a shot of stemetil. A little while later I was still a little dizzy, but managed to make my way back to the room and crash out &#8211; no way I could be on call today.<br \/>It was quite uncomfortable, but I managed to drift in and out of sleep.<br \/>Frustrating way to end my MD &#8211; a bout of vertigo?!!
